摘要
基于新型扭振减振器双质量飞轮扭振特性的研究,设计并建造了一种以变频器及扭振电动机为扭振激励源的双质量飞轮扭振特性模拟试验装置。该装置具有扭振激励、工作转速可调范围大,信号采集及处理方便的特点,能满足不同工况下双质量飞轮的测试要求,可有效降低实车检测的危险,提高测试效率。介绍了试验装置的设计原理和结构组成,并基于该装置对双质量飞轮空载、加载及卸载工况进行了扭振特性试验,分析了双质量飞轮主、副飞轮扭角振幅的变化情况。试验结果表明:空载工况下,怠速时电动机主轴端振动角度较大且存在多级共振;在发动机启停阶段和怠速时双质量飞轮起到隔振的效果,将共振转速降低到怠速转速以下;负载工况下,双质量飞轮起到减振的效果,使轴系的扭角幅值降低一半,减振后共振扭角约为0.005 rad。
A simulation equipment of torsional vibration for dual mass flywheel was designed and built based on the research of torsional vibration characteristics of a new type damper. Inverter and torsional vibration motor were utilized as torsional vibration excitation device. Operation speed and torsional excitation could be adjusted in wide range,and collection and analysis of test signals are convenient. It could reduce the danger of testing on real cars and improve the testing efficiency. The design principle and equipment structure were introduced. Through a lot of trials of torsional vibration characteristics under different operating conditions such as no-load,loading and unloading of dual mass flywheel,relationships of the amplitude of torsional angles between two masses were analyzed. The results indicate that motor spindle end exist multiple resonances,whose torsional angle is larger,when the engine is at idle speed under the no-load condition. Dual mass flywheel has the effect of vibration isolation,and resonance speed can be reduced to below the idle speed. Under the load conditions,dual mass flywheel has the effect of vibration reduction,which halves the angle of torsional vibration amplitude,makes the resonance torsion angle around 0. 005 rad finally.
