酮替芬联合氯雷他定对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的疗效及PCT、IL-6水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究酮替芬联合氯雷他定对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿的疗效及PCT、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取112例2015年2月至2016年2月于我院治疗的CVA患儿,随机分成观察组(56例)和对照组(56例)。对照组患儿使用酮替芬治疗,观察组患儿在使用酮替芬治疗基础上加用氯雷他定,治疗一周后,对比两组患儿的疗效和PCT、IL-6水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.64%,明显高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。相比对照组,经过治疗后,观察组PCT和IL-6水平降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组患儿均有个别轻微不良反应出现,其中观察组轻微呕吐1例,其他不良反应2例;对照组轻微呕吐2例,其他不良反应3例。结论使用酮替芬联合氯雷他定治疗CVA可降低患儿的PCT和IL-6水平,疗效确切,适合在临床中大力推广。 Objective To study the effect of ketotifen combined with loratadine on PCT and IL-6 levels in children with cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods One hundred and twelve children with CVA treated in our hospital from February2015 to February 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group(56 cases) and control group(56 cases).The control group was treated with ketotifen, the observation group was treated with loratadine on the basis of ketotifen,after a week of treatment, the efficacy and PCT, IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.64%, which was higher than 78.57% of the control group(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group, the PCT and IL-6 levels of the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment(P〈0.05). Children in the two groups had some slight adverse reactions, the observation group had 1 cases of mild vomiting and 2 cases of other adverse reactions, the control group had 2 cases of mild vomiting and 3 cases of other adverse reactions. Conclusion The use of ketotifen combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with CVA can reduce the levels of PCT and IL-6, and the effect is exact and suitable for the promotion in clinic.
