摘要
目的分析原发性肺癌患者行腋下小切口肺叶切除与完全电视胸腔镜手术(cVATS)的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的原发性肺癌患者118例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各59例。观察组患者行cVATS治疗,对照组患者行腋下小切口肺叶切除治疗。比较两组患者的围术期指标、术后疼痛情况及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者的切口长度、术中出血量、术后当天引流量、术后疼痛评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后卧床、置管、住院时间及止疼药物使用时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与腋下小切口肺叶切除术相比,cVATS对原发性肺癌患者的临床疗效更显著,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between subaxillary minithoracotomy lobectomy and completely video assisted thoracoscopic surgery（cVATS） in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 118 patients with lung cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with cVATS, and the control group was treated with subaxillary small incision lobectomy. The perioperative indicators, postoperative pain and the incidences of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incision length, intraoperative blood loss, drainage on the day after surgery and postoperative pain score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The postoperative bed time,catheter time, hospital stay and pain medications use time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with subaxillary minithoracotomy lobectomy, the cVATS in patients with primary lung cancer has more significant clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
