微创外科在肺癌综合治疗中的进展 被引量：15

Lung minimally invasive surgery mainly comprehensive treatment progress

摘要 随着现代高科技的发展及对电视胸腔镜（video assisted thoracoscopic surgery，VATS）的研究，微创手术已应用于胸外科肺癌的根治及淋巴结的清扫。其不仅提高了手术的安全性及扩大了手术的适应症，对于不能行肺癌根治术的患者也可以行VATS（电视辅助胸腔镜手术）下姑息性手术及明确诊断。
