摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者应用醒脑静注射液联合阿加曲班治疗对其血小板参数的影响。方法对我院收治的140例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法分为对照组(阿加曲班+常规治疗)和观察组(阿加曲班+常规治疗+醒脑静注射液治疗),每组70例。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组总有效率明显更高,PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT水平明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的NIHSS和ADL评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者应用醒脑静注射液联合阿加曲班治疗临床效果显著,有效改善血小板参数和神经功能损伤,并可提高患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with argatroban on platelet parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 140 acute cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into control group（argatroban ＋ routine treatment） and observation group（argatroban ＋ routine treatment＋ Xingnaojing injection） according to different treatment methods, with 70 cases in each group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, there were higher total effective rate and lower levels of PLT, MPV, PDW and PCT in the observation group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS and ADL scores of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has remarkable clinical effect. It can effectively improve the platelet parameters, nerve function and the ability of daily life of patients.
