摘要 目的研究上皮间质转化(EMT)的主要转录因子Twist及Snail在子宫腺肌病(AM)患者异位内膜组织中的表达水平,探讨二者与AM的关系。方法采用免疫组化(SP)法检测30例AM患者的异位子宫内膜组织(异位内膜组)、在位子宫内膜组织(在位内膜组)和30例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)中Twist及Snail的表达情况,并分析二者表达的相关性。结果异位内膜组、在位内膜组的Twist及Snail蛋白阳性表达率均高于对照组,且异位内膜组高于在位内膜组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。异位内膜组中Twist与Snail的表达水平呈正相关关系(r=0.630,P<0.05)。结论 EMT的主要转录因子Twist和Snail在AM患者异位内膜组织中的表达明显上调,二者可能通过相互作用,协同参与AM的发生与发展。 Objective To study the expression of main transcription factors Twist and Snail of epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT) on ectopic endometrial tissue in patients with adenomyosis(AM), and to discuss the relationship between the transcription factors and AM. Methods The expression of Twist and Snail in ectopic endometrium tissue(ectopic endometrium group), eutopic endometrium tissue(eutopic endometrium group) of 30 patients with AM and normal endometrium(control group) of 30 patients were detected by immunohistochemistry SP, and the correlation between the expression of them were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Twist and Snail proteins in the ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group were higher than those in the control group, and those in the ectopic endometrium group were higher than the eutopic endometrium group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between Twist and Snail expression in the ectopic endometrium group(r=0.630, P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of main transcription factors Twist and Snail of EMT on ectopic endometrial tissue in patients with AM will increase, Twist and Snail may cooperatively participate in the occurrence and development of AM through interaction.
