摘要
政府参与是影响企业技术创新活动的重要外在情境因素,论文以2008~2011年中国创新型(高科技)企业为样本,基于情境因素的调节效应,利用调节模型,研究了横向政府参与和纵向政府参与对企业吸收能力"双重角色"的调节机制。结果发现:无论是对于吸收能力调节机制的二次调节还是对于吸收能力中介机制的调节效应强度都依赖于横向政府参与的技术市场交易活跃度和纵向政府参与的省级及以上科研机构的数目。
Government involvement is an important contextual factor influencing the technological innovation of firms.Based on the moderating effect of context factors,this paper studies the moderating mechanism of government involvement in firms＇ absorptive capacity based on the data of China innovative firms over the period of 2008-2011.Results show that the role of the moderating and mediating of absorptive capacity depends on the horizontal involvement（the activity of technology exchange market）and the vertical involvement（the number of the government agencies）.
