摘要
随着新能源汽车的高速发展,大量动力电池使用后的回收技术成为了研究热点。本文分析了国内外废旧动力电池回收所采用的主要工艺,讨论了放电、破碎、分选、火法、湿法、负极材料处理及二次污染物处理过程中的关键点,提出了一种环保、经济的废旧动力电池回收工艺技术。
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the recycling technology after the use of a large number of power battery has become a hot topic. The main processes for spent power battery recovery at home and abroad are analyzed, the key point during process of discharging, crushing, separation, pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy as well as treatment of negative materials and secondary pollutants is discussed. A new recovery process is proposed, which is economical and environmental friendly.
