摘要
研究了以钴、镍合金切削废料为原料,通过酸溶、除铁、除铬、钴镍分离等过程,回收有价金属氧化钴、氢氧化镍的工艺条件,通过生产实践,确定了最佳工艺条件及生产工艺,得到的产品质量分别达到国家标准和企业标准。
The technology conditions of the extraction of valuable metals and the preparation of cobalt oxide and nickel hydroxide from cutting waste of Co - Ni alloy through a series of steps, such as acid dissolution, removal of iron and chrome,separation of cobalt and nickel and so on, have been studied. The optimum process conditions and production process are determined through production practice, the quality of the product obtained can meet the state and enterprise standard.
