摘要
尽管近些年中国农业对外直接投资发展较快,但从邓宁的投资发展周期理论来看,中国总体上处于投资发展周期的第二阶段。当前世界上主要的跨国种业公司如孟山都、先正达、杜邦先锋等已在中国种业市场占据重要地位。他们如何进入中国市场、采取怎样的经营策略维护并进一步经营中国市场,很值得已"走出去"或要"走出去"的国内企业学习借鉴。因此,本研究通过调研部分主要的国际种业公司,剖析跨国种业公司的经营策略,旨在为推动国内农业"走出去"和提升产业竞争力提供有益借鉴。
Even though the agricultural FDI in China has developed rapidly in recent years,China is still located in the second phase of the investment and development cycle,according to the perspective of Dunning's investment and development cycle theory. Currently,major transnational seed companies in the world such as Monsanto,Syngenta and Du Pont Pioneer have occupied an important position in Chinese seed market. For domestic enterprises that have "gone global"and want to "go global",it is worth learning from how these companies like Monsanto entered the Chinese market,and what commercial strategy they adopted to maintain and further operate the Chinese market. Therefore,this research investigated some major international seed companies and analyzed their commercial strategies,aiming to provide useful reference for agriculture "going global"and enhancing industrial competitiveness of domestic agriculture.
