摘要
介绍平筘穿法纵条纹织物和花筘穿法纵条纹织物的工艺设计与试织方法。根据纵条纹织物中各条纹的设计宽度和织物密度,确定各条纹的经纱根数、组织循环数,设计织物组织图,色纱排列循环以及计算相关的工艺参数,并对织物进行上机试织。认为:不同条纹采用不同颜色的色纱进行排列可使纵条纹织物条纹清晰明显。
The processing design and weaving trial of flat feeding vertical stripe fabric and patterning reeding vertical strip fabric were introduced. According to the design with of each stripe and fabric density of vertical stripe fabrics, the warp count and texture cycle number of each stripe were confirmed. The fabric texture, the cir- cular permutation and computer related processing parameters were designed. Fabric weaving trial was conducted. It is considered that the vertical stripe fabric with clear and obvious stripe can be achieved for different stripes with colored yarns for different colors.
