摘要
探讨表里换层花纹织物的设计方法。概述了表里换层花纹织物的纹样设计、织造要点以及基础组织和比例的选择。以连缀式表里换层织物、散点式表里换层织物和小花纹表里换层织物为例,分别介绍了纹样设计、组织设计及花色循环、织物上机参数,并给出了试织小样的照片。结果表明:散点表里换层织物正面银色形成连缀效果,反面红色为连缀效果;小花纹表里换层织物正反面均有小花纹效果。认为:利用表里换层组织可设计出花纹多样、色彩丰富并风格独特的双面织物。
Design methods of surface and inner layer exchange pattern fabric were discussed. Pattern design, weaving key points and basic fabric texture and proportions selection of surface and inner layer exchange pattern fabric were summarized. Taking cluster style surface and inner layer exchange fabric, scattered point style surface and inner layer exchange fabric and little pattern surface and inner layer exchange fabric as example. The pattern design, fabric texture design and color cycle, the fabric loom set factor were introduced respectively, the weaving sample photos were gave. The result shows that face side silver color of scattered point style surface and inner layer exchange fabric was formed cluster effect, back side red color was formed cluster effect. Little pattern is showed face side and back side fabric. It is considered that double-sided fabric with diverse patterns, rich colors and unique style can be designed by surface and in- ner layer exchange fabric texture.
