摘要
基于建筑设计及施工组织设计理论、概念、原则,进一步结合西三里片区项目,对建筑前期规划、分项设计优化、施工组织设计优化过程、方法进行了研究和探讨。从建筑方案设计、建筑分项设计与施工目标、施工管理、创优策划、管理细化五个标准关系进行协调优化,最终使得项目工期缩短,总体造价节省7.8%。
Based on the theories,concepts and principles of architectural design and construction organization design,and further combining the West Three Mile area project,this paper studies and explores the optimization process and method of pre construction planning,sub item design optimization,and construction organization design. Coordinated optimization design,from the construction project construction item design and construction goal,construction management,quality planning,management refinement five standard,makes the final project shorten the construction period,the overall cost savings of 7. 8%.
