摘要
为解决铁路施工组织方案比选这个多目标决策问题,建立了层次分析-模糊综合评价模型.该模型包括铁路施工组织方案评价因素层次的确定、指标权重的生成和模糊评价模型的建立,适应铁路设计阶段的施工组织方案比选,且优于现阶段设计单位传统的方案比选方法.利用该评价模型对某铁路施工组织方案进行了综合评价,评价结果表明,层次分析-模糊综合评价法能够比较客观地反映铁路施工组织方案比选的实际情况,可为铁路施工组织方案的评价及方案优选提供参考.
The model of AHP-FUZZY is built in this paper in order to solve the problem of comparison and selection of railway construction organization scheme. The index selection and the weight development of the model are probed. The model,which outperforms traditional methods, can fit comparison and selection of railway construction organization scheme on current design stage. In the end, actual sample cases are used to prove and verify that the model established in this paper can reflect objectively the practical situa- tion of railway construction organization scheme. They can provide reference of assessment and selection for comparison and selection of railway construction organization scheme.
