新型低阶煤移动床热解装备中试试验研究 被引量:1

Pilot test study on new moving bed equipment for low rank coal pyrolysis

摘要 为探究新型小粒径低阶煤移动床定向热解装备的适宜工艺条件,在分析热解装备升温控温特性的基础上,以陕北地区不黏煤为原料,开展了热解中试试验研究。试验过程中,热解压力为微正压(比大气压力高3~5 mm水柱),热解时间为2 h,热解终温分别为550、600、650、700和750℃。结果表明,热解装置升温及控温系统良好,温度分布均匀稳定,物料温度始终较反应器壁温度低50~80℃;各温度下均可使煤样充分热解,所得半焦挥发分由550℃的14.74%降低至750℃的6.34%;半焦在热解过程中存在粉化现象,且粉化程度随热解终温的升高而加剧;热解焦油360℃馏分含量高,为66%~73%;多段减尘工艺运行效果良好,热解焦油中粉尘含量低于1%。 In order to explore the suitable process conditions for new moving bed equipment of low rank coal pyrolysis,analysis of temperature-control characteristics of the pyrolysis equipment using the non-stick coal in Northern Shaanxi was carried out.The pyrolysis pressure was higher than atmospheric pressure 3-5 mm water column,and the reaction time was 2 h.The temperature was set to be 550、600、650、700 and 750 ℃.The results show that temperature-control system of the pyrolysis device performes smoothly,and material temperatures are always lower 50-80 ℃ than that of the furnace wall.Semi-coke can be completely pyrolyszd in different temperatures,and the volatiles of semi-coke is reduced from 14. 74%( at 550 ℃) to 6. 34%( 750 ℃).The pulverization is found during the pyrolysis,and the degree of the pulverization increases with the increase of the final pyrolysis temperature,as well the content of light component in pyrolysis tar can reach 66%-73%.In addition,the multi-section dust reduction process works with good performance,and the dust content in the pyrolysis tar is less than 1%.
