摘要
在低阶煤热解工艺中,热解以后产生的高温含尘气体在线除尘一直是困扰低阶煤热解的根本性难题。低阶煤干馏后产生的气体具有温度较高、成分复杂、含尘量大、易冷凝析出等特点,易堵塞管道以及降低煤焦油品质,导致热解工艺不能连续生产以及无法满足后端焦油制加氢需求。目前热解气的“油尘”分离成为限制低阶煤热解利用的卡脖子问题。所以高温含尘气体在线高效除尘技术的开发与应用对于提高煤炭低温热解过程中能量利用效率,实现清洁生产具有重要意义。颗粒床除尘技术是一种新发展的适合温度高、腐蚀性强的工况条件下的干式除尘技术,解决了高温含尘气体在线净化的问题。其中移动颗粒床过滤技术因兼顾效率与压降、经济性好、对苛刻环境适应性强等特点,为解决煤炭热解过程中高温含尘气体净化难题提供了有效途径。
In the process of low-rank coal pyrolysis,the online dust removal of high-temperature dustygas generated after pyrolysis has always been a fundamental problem plaguing low-rank coal pyrolysis.The gas produced after the retorting of low-rank coal has the characteristics of high temperature,complex composition,large dust content,easy condensation,etc.,easy to block pipelines and reduce the quality of coal tar,which cannot be continuously produced and cannot meet the demand for hydrogenation of back-end tar.At present,the“oil dust”separation of pyrolysis gas has become a bottleneck problem limiting the utilization of low-rank coal pyrolysis.Therefore,the development and application of high efficient online dust removal technology of high temperature dusty gas is of great significance to improve the energy utilization efficiency in the process of low temperature pyrolysis of coal and realize cleaner production.Particle bed dust removal technology is a newly developed dry dust removal technology suitable for high temperature and strong corrosive working conditions,which solves the problem of high temperature dust gas online purification.Among them,the moving particle bed filtration technology provides an effective way to solve the difficult problem of high temperature dust gas purification in coal pyrolysis due to its characteristics of both efficiency and pressure drop,good economy and strong adaptability to harsh environment.
