摘要
本文采用HaR培养基对51份向日葵基因型材料的下胚轴外植体进行了培养实验。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导率不存在基因型间差异;但是愈伤组织生长速率、可再生性愈伤组织频率、分化根愈伤组织频率和分化芽愈伤组织频率四个指标均存在显著的基因型间差异。相关分析表明:分化芽愈伤组织频率与可再生性愈伤组织频率及愈伤组织生长速率之间分别存在一定程度的正向线性相关关系。愈伤组织生长速率有可能作为筛选有再生潜力基因型的一个间接选择指标。
Explants of hypocotyl excised from 51 sunflower inbred lines or varieties were cultured on HaR medium selected by Paterson.The results obtained from the experiments showed that while the genotypic differences of 4 parameters,namely,callus growth rate,regenerable callus frequency,rooted callus frequency and shooted callus frequency were significant statisticly,no apparent difference of callus induction ratio among genotypes was observed.Data of correlation an analysis made among the former 4 parameters indicated that there was significant positive correlation between regenerable callus frequency and shooted callus frequency,and between callus growth rate and shooted callus frequency The later correlation suggested the possibility of using callus growth rate as an indicator for the selection of sunflower genotypes amenable for plant regeneration.
