摘要
在全面深化改革进程中,面对"十三五"形势与任务,中国石油西南油气田公司提出了打造天然气"黄金终端",实现天然气营销二次提质增效目标。依据油气田企业终端营销管理现状和管理需求,从系统建设必要性入手,设计了天然气终端营销系统建设方案,并论述了其应用成效。通过该系统的构建与推广应用,推动油气田企业天然气终端营销管理更加自动化、信息化和规范化,促进油气田终端营销依法合规、科学高效和健康有序地可持续大发展。
In the process of deepening reforms, facing the situation and tasks of the 13 th "Five-Year Plan", Petro China Southwest Oil& Gasfield Company proposed the establishment of the natural gas "golden terminal" to achieve the goals of second-time quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of natural gas marketing.Based on the status quo and needs of the company's marketing management, this essay designs the natural gas terminal marketing building plan and discusses it application, starting from the necessity of system building. Through the building and application of the system, the company's natural gas terminal marketing management has become more automated, informational and standardized. It has enhanced the lawful, scientific, sound and sustainable development of the company's terminal marketing.
