摘要
通过对织造片状芳纶无纬布设备的辊筒和丝杠的运行参数进行调整,由原来的(50.3,31.6)调整为(59.8,38.4),单张无纬布的织造时间由原来的90min缩短至75min,生产效率提升了16.7%。通过改进张力稳定系统及将纤维行进路径改为全陶瓷,织布过程中的张力波动由391~496c N稳定至453~516c N,丝损伤由1.26%降低至0.93%。通过改进纤维上胶及展丝装置,纤维上胶量可控且能充分展开。对系统张力及上胶装置的改进,使得织布过程中不再需要手工调节,避免了调节过程中被高速行进的纤维和辊筒弄伤的风险,消除了安全隐患。
By adjusting the operating parameters of the roller and screw for weaving aramid UD equipment,from(50.3,31.6)to(59.8,38.4),the weaving time of one single Aramid UD sheet reduces to 75 rain from 90 min.The production efficiency increases by 16.7%.By improving the tension stabilization system and changing the path of the fiber into full ceramic,the tension fluctuates become stable,from 391-496 cN to 453-516 cN,the wire damage reduces to 0.93% from 1.26%.Through the improvement of the fiber spreading device,the amount of glue on the fiber is controllable and can be fully expanded.Improvement of system tension and sizing facilities,the workers no longer need manual adjustment during the weaving process.The methods is to avoid the risk of being hurt by high-speed moving fibers and rollers during the adjustment process,and to eliminate the hidden danger of security.
