摘要
通过对芳纶丝束铺展工艺的研究,分析铺展工艺条件对纤维丝束铺展效果的影响,从中筛选出一组满足实际生产的最佳工艺条件,确定了牵引力差展丝方法,展丝辊前后张力差(1 000±100)c N,展丝辊倒角为120°,纤维接触角为60°。实现了展丝宽度可在一定范围内的有效控制,丝束横截面呈扁平状的效果,从而为生产高品质的芳纶预浸料打下坚实的基础。
Through researching of aramid filaments spread process, the impact of the spread process conditions on the filaments spread effect is analyzed, A set of optimum process conditions which meets the actual produc- tion is selected, and the traction force difference is determined. The spread roll tension difference is (1 000 ±100) cN, the spread roll chamfer is 120 degrees, and the fiber contact angle is 60 degrees. The width of the fi- ber spread can be effectively controlled in a certain range. The effect of the cross-section of the spread filaments is flat, which lays a solid foundation to produce high quality aramid prepreg.
