摘要
黏性是复合材料预浸料的重要工艺性能之一,国内外一直缺乏预浸料黏性的定量表征方法。本文采用拉剪试验方法定量表征预浸料的黏性,研究了搭接面积、辊压时间、拉伸速度、放置时间等因素对黏性的影响,并进行了预浸料对预浸料、预浸料对不锈钢板的拉剪试验。结果表明:搭接面积和拉伸速度对试验结果影响较大,且预浸料对不锈钢板的试验结果分散性更小;初步确定了定量表征复合材料预浸料黏性的最佳测试参数。
Viscosity is one of the important technological properties of composite prepreg,but it lacks the method of quantitative characterization at home and abroad.The tensile shear method is used to quantify the prepreg viscosity.The influences of the factors such as the tensile shear method are studied via separate tests rolling time,lap area,drawing speed and placing time on of prepreg to prepreg as well as prepreg to stainless steel plate.The results show that the lap area and tensile speed have an obvious influence on the tensile shear test results,and the resulting test data of prepreg to stainless steel plate has smaller CV(Coeffienct of Variance).This paper presents the best test parameters for quantitative characterization of composite prepregs viscosity.
