鼠神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的影响 被引量:1

Effect of mouse nerve growth factor on neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的观察鼠神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿脑组织炎症反应及氧化应激损伤的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2017年3月收治的HIE患儿92例,依照随机数表法分为两组,每组46例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后脑组织炎症反应与氧化应激损伤、新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)、智力发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)评分。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组TNF-α、IL-10、NSE、SOD水平及NBNA、MDI、PDI评分对比,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-10、NSE水平均低于对照组,SOD水平及NBNA、MDI、PDI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗HIE可显著缓解患儿不良症状,调节脑组织炎症反应、降低氧化应激损伤,促进患儿脑部功能恢复,安全性良好。 Objective To observe the effect of mouse nerve growth factor(MNGF) on inflammatory reaction of brain tissue and oxidative stress injury in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of 92 HIE children treated from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, 46 cases in each group. Control group was given routine treatment, while observation group was treated with MNGF. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory reaction of brain tissue and oxidative stress injury before and after treatment, scores of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA), mental developmental index(MDI),and psychomotor developmental index(PDI) in two groups were observed. Count data were compared by χ2 test,and measurement data were compared by t test. P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Before treatment, the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-10(IL-10), neuron-specific enolase(NSE), superoxide dismutase(SOD), NBNA, MDI, PDI scores between the two groups had no statistical difference(all P〉0.05).After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-10, NSE in observation group were lower than those in control group, while SOD, NBNA, MDI, PDI scores were higher than control group(all P〈0.05).ConclusionMNGF in treatment of HIE can significantly relieve ill symptoms, regulate inflammatory reaction of brain tissue, decrease oxidative stress injury and promote recovery of brain function, which has good safety.
