摘要
[目的]探讨TUBB3基因在晚期三阴性乳腺癌中的表达情况,及其与化疗疗效关系。[方法 ]回顾性分析晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者97例,检测患者肿瘤标本TUBB3 m RNA表达量,分析TUBB3m RNA与临床特征及化疗疗效的关系。[结果]TUBB3 m RNA表达水平与患者的年龄、月经状态、转移部位、Ki67指数及PS评分无明显相关性,但与组织学分级相关。TUBB3 m RNA表达水平与紫杉类疗效关系密切,低表达者疗效好。Logistic分析表明三阴性乳腺癌化疗疗效与腋窝转移状态、Ki67及TUBB3 m RNA表达相关。[结论]TUBB3基因有望成为晚期三阴性乳腺癌化疗疗效的预测基因,值得进一步研究。
[Objective]To investigate the relationship between TUBB3 m RNA expression and chemotherapeutic efficacy in patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer.[Methods]Clinical data of 97 patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer treated with TAC,TP,or TX schemes were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of TUBB3 m RNA was detected by liquid chip technique,and the relationship between TUBB3 gene expression and efficacy of chemotherapy was analyzed.[Results]The expression of TUBB3 m RNA in triple-negative breast cancer patients was not correlated with age,menstrual status,metastatic sites,Ki67 and PS score（all P〉0.05）;it was positively correlated with histological grade（P=0.028）and negatively correlated with the efficacy of taxanes therapy.Logistic analysis showed that the efficacy of chemotherapy was associated with axillary lymph node metastasis,Ki67 index and TUBB3 m RNA expression.[Conclusion]TUBB3 gene expression is negatively associated with efficacy of chemotherapy,which might be used as a predictor for chemotherapy in patients with triple-negative breast cancer.
