硕士研究生学历护士规范化培训中期的体验研究 被引量:12

A qualitative research on psychological experiences of standardized training for newly-recruited nurses with master degree

摘要 目的了解新入职硕士研究生学历护士在规范化培训中期的体验,为调整后期的培养方案提供依据。方法对10名参加规范化培训的新入职硕士研究生学历护士进行访谈,采用Colaizzi七步法对资料进行整理分析。结果提炼出学历优越感、自我价值实现、能力全面提升、对规范化培训带教失望、自我否定、归属感缺失、角色冲突7个主题。结论新入职硕士研究生学历护士在规范化培训期间既有因高学历而带来的积极感受,也存在由此产生的负性情感,护理管理者应制订适合硕士研究生学历护士规范化培训方案,形成适合不同学历层次护士的规范化培训体系。 Objective To explore the psychological experience of newly-recruited nurses with master degree during medium term of the standardized training.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted for 10 newly-recruited nurses with master degree.Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results Seven themes emerged from the data including superiority of education level,self actualization,promotion of overall capacity,disappointed with standardized training,self-negation,lack of sense of belonging,and role conflicts.Conclusion The newly-recruited nurses with master degree not only have the positive experience due to the high educational level,but also have the negative emotions during the standardized training.Nursing managers should make special training plan for newly-recruited nurses with master degree and different training systems gradually for nurses with various education backgrounds.
