摘要
目的：分析复方苦参注射液对原发性肺癌放射性肺炎的防治效果。方法：择取2016年1月—2017年12月本院收治的60例原发性肺癌病患为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组行单纯放疗,以此为基础,观察组使用复方苦参注射液治疗,分析结果。结果：与对照组相比,观察组在基线以及治疗第三月末的Watters分数无明显差异,P〉0.05。和对照组相比,观察组急性放射性肺损伤情况更为严重,P〈0.05。对照组中医症状改善率为26.67%,观察组为60.00%,与之相比,观察组中医症状改善更为明显,P〈0.05。治疗期间内,两组病患均未出现严重不良反应,安全性较高。结论：对于接受放疗的原发性肺癌病患使用复方苦参注射液治疗,能全面减少急性放射性肺炎发生率以及肺受损程度,加强患者机体耐受性,改善其临床症状。安全性强,此方案值得进一步推广使用。
Objective： To analyze the effect of compound bitter ginseng injection on the prevention of primary lung cancer.Methods： Sixty cases of primary lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were studied.The control group was treated with simple radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with compound bitter ginseng injection and the results were analyzed. Results： Compared with control group,the observation group was treated at baseline and at the end of the third really score,no significant differences（P 〉 0. 05） compared with control group,the observation group acute radioactive lung injury was more serious,P 〈 0. 05. The control group TCM symptoms period was 26. 67%. The observation group＇s was60. 00%. Compared with observation group,TCM symptom improvement was more apparent,P 〈 0. 05. During the period of treatment,two groups had no serious adverse reaction occurred. The security was higher. Conclusion： The patients treated with radiotherapy of primary lung cancer using compound sophora injection treatment,can reduce overall incidence of acute radiation pneumonia and lung damage,strengthen the body resistance patients and improve the clinical symptoms. The security is strong and the scheme is worthy of further promotion.
