超声心动成像技术对孕产妇子痫前期左心功能评价的研究进展

摘要 子痫前期影响孕产妇心血管系统,也是孕产妇病死的主要原因之一,超声心动成像技术能快速、无创评价孕产妇子痫前期左心功能,对保障孕产妇生命安全、围产期婴儿病死率下降意义重大。随着超声心动成像技术的不断发展,有关孕产妇子痫前期左心功能的研究不断地更新。综述既往国内外应用超声心动成像技术评价孕产妇子痫前期左心结构与功能的相关研究文献,并对其研究进展做了分析,并提出三维斑点追踪技术对孕产妇子痫前期左心功能优越性的评价。
