摘要
日益严峻的就业形势使得农科毕业生就业压力愈加增大,通过对两所农业院校毕业生的调查发现,国家、社会、学校、家庭和个人是影响农科毕业生基层就业创业的主要因素,而且地方农业院校的农科毕业生相比而言,基层就业创业的意愿和倾向性更大;面对基层就业创业中存在的困难和不利因素,从国家、社会、学校和个人几方面共同努力,鼓励农科毕业生"叶茂归根",投身基层,学农事农。
The current increasingly serious employment situation makes the employment pressure of local agricultural universities＇ agricultural graduates increase quickly. By the survey of two agricultural universities graduates,we found that the state,society,school,family and individual are the main factors which affect the employment or entrepreneurship at the grassroots level. Moreover,the willingness and tendency of the grassroots employment enterprises in the local agricultural colleges are higher. In the face of the grassroots employment and entrepreneurship difficulties and unfavorable factors,we should work hard from the state,society,school and individual aspects,encouraging local agricultural science graduates fruitfulness to return home,farmers in the grassroots.
