摘要
基于大中型煤炭企业人力资源创新活动投入的基础数据,运用SPSS分析,确定输入指标和输出指标的关联性和独立性;利用DEA模型测算和比较2001—2016年大中型煤炭企业人力资源创新效率的相对有效性,得出研究结论:2001—2016年我国大中型煤炭企业人力资源创新效率处于较高水平,其中2001年、2002年、2016年最有效;在未来煤炭企业发展中,企业办研发机构的数量、R&D人员的数量、R&D经费内部支出的额度等人力资源创新投入方面,还存在一定的增加空间。
Based on the basic date of the human resources innovation activity input in the large and medium coal enterprises,a SPSS analysis was applied to determine a correlation and independency of the input index and output index. A DEA model was applied to estimate and compare the relative efficiency of the human resources innovation efficiency of the large and medium coal enterprises from 2001 to 2016. The study conclusion obtained showed that the human resources innovation efficiency of the large and medium coal enterprises in Chin from 2001 to 2016 was in a high level. Among them,the years of 2001,2002 and 2016 were the best efficient. In the future development of the coal enterprises,the number of the enterprises to run the research and development organizations,the number of the research and development personnel,the internal distributed quota of the research and development funds and other human resource innovation inputs would have certain increased spaces.
