摘要
采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法、统计法等研究方法 ,结合 2 1世纪高校体育教学指导思想的定位 ,从当前高校体育教学活动课程设置、教学组织形式、教学评价标准、教师队伍建设诸方面存在的问题出发 ,提出 2 1世纪我国高校体育教学的改革思路。结论表明 :当前高校体育教学活动课程设置、教学组织形式和教学评价标准 ,已经不适应素质教育的要求 ,建议进行相应改革。课程设置上应以健身性与技能性项目为主 ;教学组织形式上加大选修课所占比重 ,同时筹划成立单项体育俱乐部 ;在评价教学效果时 ,兼顾”显性指标”和”隐性指标”两个方面 ;此外 。
By methods of looking up literature, consulting specialists, questionnaire investigation and statistics, according to the orientation of the guiding ideology of colleges and universities in the 21 century, starting from the existing problems, such as the curriculum setup, the organization form of teaching, the standards for teaching evaluation and the construction of the teacher troop, the train of thought for physical education teaching reform in Chinese colleges and universities in the 21 century were put forward. It was indicated that at present physical education teaching activities, teaching organization forms and standards for teaching evaluation are not adapted to the demands of quality oriented education. It was proposed that corresponding reform should be carried out. For the curriculum setup, priority should be given to the nature of body building and skillfulness. For teaching organization forms the proportion of elective courses should be increased. At the same time sports clubs of individual events should be planned and prepared. For the teaching result evaluation consideration should be given to both obvious norms and recessive norms. Moreover, the teacher flow is a feasible way to optimize the staff structure of the teacher troop.
