摘要
本文计量分析了北京服务业开放对京津冀价值链升级的影响。研究表明:北京市服务业开放提高了京津冀企业的价值链参与程度和分工地位,但价值链升级效应具有区域差异性;影响机制主要是通过效率提升效应、技术创新效应和资源配置效应实现的;省际间贸易壁垒、地区技术差距等因素对北京市服务业开放的价值链升级效果影响较大。因此,扩大北京市服务业区域辐射范围,协调京津冀地区的产业发展,具有重要的现实意义。
This paper recognizes the impacts of the openness of Beijing service industry on the upgrade of regional value chain with an econometric analysis. According to the research, the openness of Beijing service industry promotes the involvement level and division position of Jing-Jin-Ji（the abbreviation of Beijing city, Tianjin city and Hebei province） enterprises in regional value chain, but the upgrade effect of value chain has regional differences. And the impact mechanism is mainly achieved through the efficiency improvement effect, the technology innovation effect and the resource allocation effect. Factors such as inter-provincial trade barriers and regional technology gaps have a considerable influence on the upgrading of value chain in the openness of Beijing service industry.Hence, it is practically significant to improve the regional radiation range of Beijing service industry, and to coordinate the industrial development in Jing-Jin-Ji region.
