摘要
采用热弹塑性有限元法 ,对直通焊和多人同时分段焊两种焊接过程的平板对接焊时焊接应力变形和圆柱壳板环缝的焊接变形进行比较 。
This investigation evaluates the two different welding procedures, single-pass arc weld mode and multi-run arc weld mode, in both plates welding and cylindrical plate welding, by the method of thermal elastic-plastic finite element analysis. It is recognized that the latter is resultful in decreasing welding residual stress as well as welding residual strain.
