摘要
采用SHS铝热 -重力分离法制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,研究了影响制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管的因素。结果表明 ,选择壁厚均匀的母管 ,采取适当的预热温度、适量的添加剂均有利于制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管。
The ceramics-lined pipes have been produced by gravitational separation SHS method, and the factors that affect the combustion synthesis was investigated .The experimental results showed that the ceramics-lined pipes could be produced easily by selecting steel-pipes with well-distributed wall-thickness ,proper preheating temperature and appropriate additive .
