摘要 随着因特网的普及 ,连续出版物又发展到了一个新阶段——网络电子期刊。本文从这一新期刊形式的概念和特点谈起 ,介绍了网络电子期刊对传统期刊的冲击以及国内外著名网络电子期刊的经验 ,并针对当前现状 ,就解决网络电子期刊发展及其利用中所遇到的主要问题发表了一些见解。 This paper revisits the concept and characteristics of electronic journals,reviews the evolution of electronic journals in the world.It puts forward some personal suggestions for further development of electronic journals in China.
