摘要
本文介绍了国内外网络学术期刊的沿革、现状,特别是欧美发达国家的发展情况及其在解决有关技术、管理等方面的经验、法规和政策。并针对我国实际情况。
This paper analyzes existing distance of online academic journal development between China and developed coun- tries. Inorder to develop competitive on- line journals and to advance China's academic journal, the author mainly analyses the aspects: technology, strategy and the copyright management under the network environment. These will helpful for our re- search of on- line academic journal.
