摘要
近年来,中枢神经疾病严重威胁人类健康,发现及研究能通过血脑屏障,治愈疾患的药物迫在眉睫。石菖蒲作为芳香开窍类中药,对血脑屏障通透性具有很好的调节作用。目前,对石菖蒲的研究较多但缺乏规律性总结以及作用机制的深入分析。本文搜索近年来石菖蒲研究的相关文献,综述石菖蒲对血脑屏障通透性的调节作用,并对其调节机制进行探讨。为治疗脑部疾病药物的研发提供新思路与方法。
In recent years, central nervous diseases have seriously threatened the health of human beings, and the discovery and research of the blood-brain barrier to cure diseases of the disease is imminent. The calamus as an aromatherapy herb, it has a good effect on the permeability of blood-brain barrier. At present, there are many researches on calamus but lack of regular summary and in-depth analysis of the action mechanism. In this paper, we search the relevant literatures of the study on calamus and review the regulating effect of calamus on the permeability on blood-brain barrier, and discuss its regulation mechanism. Provide new ideas and methods for the development of drugs to treat brain diseases.
