摘要
【目的】人工林马尾松木材易蓝变、含有松脂、尺寸稳定性和耐久性差,为了改善其缺陷,提高其使用范围和产品附加值。【方法】本研究采用单因素方差分析法及定量分析法,主要研究了热处理温度对处理材颜色、物理力学性能和FTIR性能的影响。【实验结果】实验结果表明:热处理时间为8h,热处理温度为165℃、175℃、185℃、195℃时,与未处理材相比,ΔL值分别下降了3.69、4.36、10.23和11.66,静曲强度分别下降了3.05%、10.06%、13.27%和16.79%,弹性模量分别下降了9.99%、11.45%、14.63%和16.72%;FTIR图羟基吸收峰的强度明显降低,羰基吸收峰的强度略呈降低趋势,其尺寸稳定性明显高于未处理材。【结论】对人工林马尾松木进行热处理,能提高其尺寸稳定性,深度脱脂及防蓝变。
[ Objective ] Pinus massoniana plantation is prone to blue satin with rosin, poor dimensional stability and weak durability, therefore it becomes a desirable aim to resolve its deficiencies and improve application & added value of products. [ Method ] The research employs one-way analysis of variance method and quantitative analysis method to study influences of heat treatment's temperature to wood color, mechanical property, and FTIR, respectively. [ Experimental Result ] Experimental result shows : when heat treatment lasts eight hours and heat treatment's temperatures are 165~C, 175~C, 185~C, 195~C, their AL decreases by 3.69, 4. 36, 10.23 and 11.66, respectively; their static bending strength decreases by 3.05%, 10. 06%, 13.27% and 16.79%, respectively; their elastic modulus decreases by 9.99%, 11.45%,14. 63% and 16. 72%, respectively; absorption peak intensity of hydroxyl reduces significantly and that of carbonyl decreases slightly reflected by the FTIR ; its dimensional stability is apparently better than untreated wood. [ Conclusion ] Heat treatment on pinus massoniana plantation can improve its dimensional stability, help conduct deep degreasing and keep away from blue stain.
