摘要
目的观察鼠神经生长因子(mouse nerve growth factor,m NGF)治疗中枢性协调障碍(central coordination disturbance,CCD)的临床疗效。方法 2015年12月至2016年12月,在陆军总医院附属八一儿童医院神经发育科收治的患儿中,纳入CCD患儿60例,随机分为m NGF治疗组与对照组,每组30例,m NGF组给予康复训练联合m NGF治疗,对照组给予常规康复训练治疗。在治疗前后采用Gesell发育诊断量表,比较两组患儿的Gesell评分。根据治疗前后的发育商(developmental quotient,DQ),比较临床疗效。采用t检验和χ~2检验进行统计分析。结果两组患儿的性别、年龄及CCD分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。m NGF组与对照组治疗前Gesell评分比较,差异无统计学意义[(60.1±16.0)与(58.2±14.4)分,t=1.882,P﹥0.05]。治疗后m NGF组的Gesell评分高于对照组[(72.0±16.4)与(64.4±15.8)分,t=7.916,P﹤0.05],显效的比例高于对照组[53.3%(16/30)与26.7%(8/30),χ~2=2.040],无效的比例低于对照组[20.0%(6/30)与43.3%(13/30),χ~2=-2.198],差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患儿均无明显不良反应。结论 m NGF能够有效治疗CCD,具有较高的安全性,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) on infants with central coordination disturbance (CCD). Methods From December 2015 to December 2016, 60 infants diagnosed CCD in Department of Neurology and Development of Bayi Children's Hospital Affiliated to PLA Army General Hospital were divided into mNGF treatment group and control group randomly, 30 cases for each group. The treatment group accepted rehabilitation therapy and mNGF injection, as well as the control group got rehabilitation therapy. The developmental quotient of two groups was confirmed by Gesell development tests before and after the therapy to assess the therapeutic effects. Statistical analysis was performed by t test and Z2 test. Results There was no statistical significance in gender, age and grading of CCD of two groups (P 〉 0.05). And there was also no statistical significance in Gesell score between mNGF group and control group ~ (60.1 ±16.0) vs (58.2 ± 14.4) point, t=1.882, P 〉 0.05 ] before the therapy. After the therapy, the Gesell score of mNGF group was higher than that of control group [ (72.0 ± 16.4) vs (64.4 ± 15.8) point, t=7.916, P 〈 0.05 ( , effective rate ofmNGF group was higher than that of control group [ 53.3% (16/30) vs 26.7% (8/30),X^2=2.040 ] , invalidity rate of mNGF group was lower than that of control group [ 20.0% (6/30)vs 43.3% (l 3/30), Z=-2.198 ], and the differences were statistically significant (both P 〈 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Application of mNGF can obviously benefit the treatment of CCD with advantage of higher security and suitable for clinical use.
