Objectives To explore and analyze the application value of serum total bile acid, anterior albumin and cholinesterase in clinical diagnosis and treatment of cirrhosis. Methods According to Child-Pugh score will be in May 2014-March 2017 randomly selected 60 patients were divided into class A and class B and class C, level 3,20 patients and the healthy check-up of the 60 cases were randomly selected from the same period as the control group, respectively, for the healthy check-up of the patients and the control group team for serum total bile acid, anterior albumin and cholinesterase detection. Results Compared with the control group, the total bile acid was significantly increased in patients with cirrhosis, and the level of anterior albumin and cholinesterase decreased. In terms of the classification of cirrhosis, there were significant differences in the levels of grade A, B and C in total bile acids, anterior albumin and cholinesterase indexes. Conclusions Serum total bile acid, anterior albumin and cholinesterase were reactive important indexes of liver reserve function, synthetic function, also was one of the important indexes of liver function damage, for patients with cirrhosis serum total bile acid, anterior albumin and cholinesterase for joint detection could better for the assessment of liver function in patients with cirrhosis and judgment, was helpful for the early diagnosis of liver cirrhosis in clinic, the classification and treatment.
