摘要
河湖水系连通的功能可概括为三个方面,即提升水资源合理利用能力、改善水生态环境能力和抵御洪水灾害能力。本文根据河湖水系连通的历史演变过程,基于水系连通的三个功能对河湖连通工程案例进行分析,总结河湖水系连通工程的实践经验,为进一步的理论研究提供参考。
The function of Interconnected river system network (IRSN) can be summarized as follows:improving water resources deployment capacity making the ecological environment better , enhancing theability to withstand floods and droughts. Analyzing engineering cases based on the historical evolution process of IRSN and its three functions , summarizing IRSN practical experiences , hoping to provide references for in-depth study on IRSN.
