摘要
本文通过构建人力资本竞争力的评价指标体系,基于人力资本投入、人力资本产出、人力资本潜力三个角度,利用主成分分析方法,评价了长三角地区城市人力资本竞争力状况。研究表明:长三角地区城市的人力资本竞争力综合得分差距较大,南京、上海、杭州分列前三位;人力资本竞争力影响因子的差异化明显,技术因子对南京、上海的综合得分的影响显著,医疗因子对杭州、宁波产生重要影响,镇江与宁波的基础因子得分较高,南通、泰州、镇江拥有较高发展因子。最后,从四个方面提出了建议。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of human capital competitiveness, and uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the human capital competitiveness of the cities of the Yangtze River Delta based on human capital investment, human capital output and human capital potential. The research shows that: in the Yangtze River Delta region, the overall scores of human capital competitiveness vary greatly. Nanjing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou rank among the top three; the influence factor of human capital competitiveness differs significantly, and the technical factor had a significant impact on the comprehensive scores for Nanjing and Shanghai. The medical factors had important influence on Hangzhou and Ningbo. The basic factors of Zhenjiang and Ningbo scored higher, and Nantong, Taizhou and Zhenjiang had higher development factors. Finally, suggestions were made from four aspects.
