摘要
目的:探讨AIDS的肺部感染CT表现与病理对照的诊断价值。资料与方法:回顾性分析经临床证实确诊为4 5例AIDS患者的肺部CT表现,结合病理进行对比分析。结果:双肺磨玻璃样阴影22例,网格状、肺气囊8例,粟粒样结节、肺门肿块2例,肺不张3例,纵隔、腋窝淋巴结肿大10例,胸腔积液、心包积液5例,气胸1例。卡氏肺囊虫肺30例,结核6例,肺癌1例,细菌感染8例。结论:Al DS肺部不同机遇性感染的CT表现多样性,多层螺旋CT,尤其是HRCT目前仍是最佳的影像学检查方法,结合病理基础分析,对AIDS肺部感染有着较高的诊断价值。
Objective：To discuss investigate the diagnostic value of CT findings of pulmonary infection in AIDS and pathological comparison.Materials and Methods：Methods the pulmonary CT findings of 45 patients with AIDS confirmed by clinical analysis were retrospectively analyzed and compared with pathology.Result：There were 22 cases of double lung grinding glass shadow,8 cases of mesh and pulmonary air sac,2 cases of miliary nodule and hilar mass,3 cases of atelectasis,10 cases of mediastinal and axillary lymph node enlargement,5 cases of pleural effusion and pericardial effusion,and 1 cases of pneumothorax.There were 30 cases of Pneumocystis carinii,6 cases of tuberculosis,1 cases of lung cancer,and 8 cases of bacterial infection.Conclusion：The diversity of CT manifestations of Al DS with different opportunistic infections in lung is still the best method for imaging examination.Combined with pathological basis analysis,CT is of high diagnostic value for AIDS lung infection.
