摘要
目的探讨艾滋病(AIDS)合并卡氏肺囊虫肺炎(PCP)的影像表现特点。方法分析9例有完整影像资料PCP的影像表现。结果双肺毛玻璃样改变3例,网状及网织状结节影2例,斑片-大片型2例,混合表现2例。结论胸部平片及CT,尤其是HRCT对PCP的诊断具有重要价值,是诊断AIDS合并PCP的重要依据。
Objective To study the X-ray and CT imaging features of pneumocystis carinii pneumonia（PCP） in AIDS.Methods 9case of PCP who had complete imaging data,the imaging findings were analysed.Results 3case of opacification in two lung,2 case of network and network with nodular,2 case of punctate or patchy and 2 case mixtures.Conclusion X-ray pain,CT or HRCT of chest is very important diagnostic values and proof of PCP in AIDS.
