摘要
根据箱罩铸件薄壁中空、脱模斜度小的结构特点,选用了金属型芯成型浅内腔和砂芯成型深内腔的综合式分型金属型结构。为增加较大砂芯的精密定位精度和搬运、安放砂芯方便,砂芯设计了金属芯座和方便搬运的弯勾芯骨;为减轻型芯重和工人劳动强度、提高保温效果,金属型芯设计了中空结构且填充了保温石棉。为方便金属液充型,减小变形,增强排气和撇渣,采用了蛇形直浇道和两侧浇入的缝隙式浇注系统结构。经实践验证,该套模具结构经济、合理,工作可靠,有效解决了薄壁铸件的成型问题,保证了铸件质量。
According to the structural characteristics of hollow in thin wall and small dratt in the casting of cast cover, the integrated metal structure with shallow inner cavities molded by inserts and deep inner cavities molded by sand cores were selected. In order to increase the accuracy of precision positioning for biggish sand cores and carry, put the sand cores conveniently, the metal core block and curved core bones were designed. The hollow structure of metal inserts filled with insulation asbestos was designed to reduce the weight of inserts, decrease the labor intensity and improve the insulation effect. For the convenience of filling of molten metal, reducing the deformation and increasing the exhausting and skimming, the slot gating system poured from both sides and snake shape sprue runner were selected. The mold structure is reasonable and reliable in operation by verification of practice, which can effectively solve the forming problem of thin walled castings and guarantee the quality of castings.
