摘要
维生素K(VK)是一类人体必需的天然营养素,在调节骨代谢过程中发挥着促进骨矿化和抑制骨吸收的作用。本文着重论述了VK在骨代谢调节中的作用机制、动物实验及临床试验研究,以及维生素K在防治骨质疏松症中的重要作用,为临床治疗骨质疏松症提供客观可行的依据。
Vitamin K （VK） is a kind of essential natural nutrient of human body. It plays a role in promoting bone min- eralization and inhibiting bone resorption in regulating bone metabolism. This article focuses on the mechanism of VK in the regulation of bone metabolism, animal experiments and clinical trials, as well as the important role of VK in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, to provide objective and feasible basis for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
