摘要
采用SEM、EDS、DSC研究了Ti、Zr元素对2A12铝合金焊缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:同时添加Ti、Zr元素对焊缝组织能起到良好的细化效果。随着Ti、Zr量增加,焊缝组织逐渐细化,接头强度和塑性均逐渐增大。采用0.34%Ti和0.35%Zr的焊丝所获得的焊缝组织为细小的等轴晶,抗拉强度达到314.92 MPa。
The effect of Ti, Zr elements on the microstructure and properties of 2 A12 aluminum alloy weld was studied by using SEM, EDS and DSC. The results show that adding Ti, Zr elements can play good refining effect on the weld structure. With the increase of Ti, Zr amounts, the weld microstructure is gradually refined, and the strength and plasticity of the joints increase. When the filler wire has 0.34% Ti and 0.35% Zr, the weld microstructure is fine equiaxed grain, and the tensile strength is 314.92 MPa.
