摘要
为了探明固化期间缓黏结预应力混凝土梁的承载能力,制作了5根长3 300 mm、截面300 mm×400 mm的缓黏结预应力混凝土梁,每根梁直线布置3根缓黏结预应力钢筋,进行梁的抗弯承载力试验。首先将预应力混凝土梁分批次进行预应力钢筋张拉,然后分2批进行梁的承载力性能试验。在进行预应力钢筋张拉及承载力试验时采用邵氏硬度计测量试件缓黏结剂的固化程度。在抗弯承载力试验过程中,通过监测梁挠度、预应力钢筋两端的压力变化、裂缝分布等指标,探明预应力钢筋与混凝土之间的传力机理及梁的承载能力。结果表明:张拉时缓黏结剂固化程度对梁的开裂荷载影响较小,对极限荷载影响较大;缓黏结剂固化度低时,张拉的试件梁具有良好的力学性能;缓黏结剂未完全固化、预应力混凝土梁提前受荷时,其承载能力降低。
To investigate the bearing capacity of retard-bonded pre-stressed concrete( RBPC) beam in curing period,bending resistance capacity experiment of five RBPC beams with 3 300 mm in length and 300 mm × 400 mm in crosssection,which had arranged three straight retard-bonded pre-stressed steel bars in each beam,were carried out. At first,the pre-stressed steel bars of these RBPC beams were tensiled in batches,and then the bearing capacity experiment of these beams which were divided into two batches were carried out. Through the tension and bearing capacity tests of pre-stressed steel bars,the curing degree of retard-bond adhesive of each beam was measured by the shore durometer. To verify clearly the force transfer mechanism between pre-stressed steel bars and concrete and bearing capacity of these RBPC beams,the deflection,the pressure changes at the two ends of pre-stressed steel bar,the crack distribution and other parameters were measured. The results showed that the effects of curing degree of retard-bonded adhesive on tensioning had little impact on the cracking load,however it had a great impact on the maximum bearing capacity; the mechanical properties of the RBPC beams were good when the curing degree of the retard-bonded adhesive was low; the bearing capacity of the beams subjected to loads in advance was reduced when the retard-bonded adhesive was not fully cured.
