摘要
采用原位聚合法结合多层造壁技术 ,对分散染料进行胶囊化。改变聚合过程中系统调节剂的用量或分散剂的种类 ,将制得的分散染料微胶囊进行多次转移印花 ;并对分散染料微胶囊的粒径分布、液相扩散性能、热性能及多次转移印花性能进行了研究。
Disperse dye microcapsules were prepared by means of in site polymerization combined with multiple layer shell method. During the course of polymerization process, different amounts of polymer controlled medium and different types of dispersant were carried out. The particle size distribution, thermal properties, and liquid diffusion behaviors of dye microcapsules were studied respectively by image analysis system and thermogravimetry. The effects of disperse dye microcapsules on polyester fabric of multiple transfer printing were also investigated.
