摘要
介绍了微胶囊的制备方法、形状结构和作用原理等。重点从非织造布微胶囊印花、微胶囊染色和微胶囊特种整理(如抗菌整理、芳香整理、阻燃整理和拒水拒油整理等)三方面阐述了微胶囊技术在非织造布领域的应用。指出制备纳米微胶囊,使其同时发挥微胶囊包埋技术和纳米颗粒优势,是微胶囊技术的重要发展方向之一。
The paper reviews preparation methods, shape structure and action principle of microcapsule. The applications of microcapsule technology to the nonwoven fabrics cover microcapsule printing, microcapsule dyeing and finishing of antibacterial finish, aromatic finish, flame proofing, water-and oil-repellent finish, and so on. In the future, new development of microen- capsulation technology will focus on nano encapsulation, which can take advantage of embedding technology and advantages of nano-particles at the same time.
