摘要
目的观察任脉穴位刺激治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效。方法随机选取我院90例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者,分为常规组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗与观察组行任脉穴位刺激治疗各45例。对比2组治疗后NIHCPSI评分、尿流率及临床疗效情况。结果 2组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于常规组(P<0.05);2组平均尿流率及最大尿流率均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率88.89%明显高于常规组64.44%(P<0.05)。结论任脉穴位刺激治疗可有效改善ⅢA型前列腺炎患者的临床症状,提高尿流率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Ren meridian acupoints stimulation for the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis.Methods 90 cases of ⅢA prostatitis were randomly selected in our hospital,and divided into the conventional group treated by Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules and the observation group underwent Renmeridian acupoints stimulation therapy,with 45 cases in each group.The NIH-CPSI scores,urinary flow rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of before treatment（P〈0.05）,and those scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）; The average urine flow rate and maximum flow rate in the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and those levels in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）; The total efficacy in the observation group（88.89%） was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（64.44%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Ren meridian acupoints stimulation therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ⅢA prostatitis and improve urine flow rate.
