摘要
目的：探究前列通瘀汤对早期前列腺炎患者临床症状的影响,分析治疗前后患者血清性激素水平的变化。方法：选取150例早期前列腺炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,各75例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合前列通瘀汤治疗,1个月为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗3个疗程。统计2组临床疗效,比较治疗前后2组NIH-CPSI评分及IIEF-5评分,另检测并比较治疗前后2组前列腺液中WBC及血清性激素水平的变化。结果：与对照组比较,研究组治愈率及显效率均显著升高（P〈0.01）,无效率显著降低（P〈0.01）;且研究组临床总有效率为90.67%,显著高于对照组的56.00%（P〈0.01）;与治疗前比较,治疗后2组NIH-CPSI评分及前列腺液中WBC均明显降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗后2组IIEF-5评分均明显升高,且研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;与治疗前比较,治疗后研究组血清T及PRL水平均明显升高（P〈0.01）,且显著高于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;而E2、FSH及LH水平降低（P〈0.01）,且显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：前列通瘀汤可显著改善前列腺炎患者的临床症状,降低机体炎性反应,并调节其性激素水平,疗效显著优于常规西医治疗。
Objective：To explore the effect of Qianlie Tongyu Decoction on the clinical symptoms in the treatment of early prostatitis,and analyze the changes of serum sex hormone levels.Methods：105 cases patients with early prostatitis were elected and divided randomly into control group and treatment group according to random number table,75 cases was for each group.Control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while treatment group were treated combined with Qianlie TongyuDecoction,1 month was 1 course,2 groups treated for 3 courses continuously.Statisticsed the clinical efficacy of 2 groups,compared the NIH-CPSI score and IIEF-5 score,detected and compared the changes of prostatic fluid WBC and serum sex hormone levels.Results：Compared with control group,the cure rate and marked effective rate increased significantly（P0.01）,the inefficiency decreased significantly（P0.01）;and the clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 90.67%,which was higher than that 56.00% of control group（P0.01）;Compared with before treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores and prostatic fluid WBC in 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment,and treatment group was lower than control group（P0.01）.The IIEF-5 scores increased significantly,and treatment group was higher than control group（P0.01）;Compared with before treatment,the serum T and PRL levels in treatment group increased significantly after treatment（P0.01）,and which were higher than that in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）;while the E2,FSH and LH levels decreased significantly（P0.01）,and which were lower than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Qianlie Tongyu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of early prostatitis patients remarkablely,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and adjust the sex hormone disorder,the clinical efficacy is superior to conventional Western medicine treatment significantly.
